The clinic is a health care facility that organizes individual health services that provide basic and/or specialist medical services, organized by more than one type of healthcare personnel (nurses and or midwives) and Headed by a medical worker (physician, specialist physician, dentist or specialist dentist).

Based on the type of ministry, the clinic is divided into primary and main clinics. Both kinds of clinics can be organised by governments, local governments or communities.

Primary clinic is a clinic that organizes basic medical services.

The clinic's infrastructure includes:
1. Water Installation
2. Electrical Installation
3. Air circulation installation
4. Waste Management facilities
5. Fire prevention and Countermeasures
6. Ambulance, for the clinic that organizes hospitalizations
7. Other means as needed.

In addition, the clinic must be equipped with medical and nonmedical equipment adequate according to the type of service provided.

These equipment requirements are:

1. Meet the standards of quality, safety, and safety.

2. Has a distribution permit.

3. Must be tested and calibrated periodically by the Health Facility Security Hall and/or the appropriate testing institution and calibration.
